1 large head cabbage, chopped
1 oz (1 envelope) dry onion soup mix
1 can (15 oz) cut green beans
2 qt tomato juice
2 green bell pepper, diced
10 stalk celery, chopped
1 can (14 oz) beef broth

Place carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, bell peppers, and celery in a large pot. Add onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth, and enough water to cover the vegetables. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
