Chicken Stuffed Jalapenos

I love making appetizers for house parties and brunches.

These short eats are usually easy to make and are packed with flavors. They never cease to make my guests excited about food. These Jalapenos stuffed with creamy, cheesy chicken is one such favorite recipe. Jalapeno peppers give the heat to this appetizer and perfectly compliments the creamy chicken filling. The chicken with cheddar and cream cheese melts into gooey goodness when baked in the oven. I love the addition of cumin powder to it, it gives a very rustic and contrasting flavor against the rich creaminess of the cheese. You can fill the jalapeno with the chicken and store them in the fridge. Bake for about 20-30 minutes prior to the serving time.

Like any other hot appetizer, serve them piping hot and your guests will love you for it.
